Business Hours Policy

Our studio's last seating to paint is 1 hour prior to the posted closing time, as indicated on our website's hours page (*bottom of the page). Please note that we reserve the right to close 1 hour early if there are no customers or reservations.

Pottery Pick-Up Policy

The pottery you paint today will be ready for pick-up seven days after 3 p.m., unless otherwise specified. We kindly request that you assume responsibility for picking up your ceramic items as we do not make reminder calls. Please note that email notifications are optional and may be marked as spam. To make room for other customers, ceramic items must be picked up within 30 days from the date they were painted and printed on your purchase receipt.

Rush Order Fee Policy

For a rush order fee of $15 per single ceramic piece, we guarantee that the item(s) will be ready for pick-up within 72 hours (three days) from the time of payment, which is printed on the customer's receipt.

Pottery Left at the Studio Policy

Please remember to pick up your pottery within 30 days from the recommended pick-up date. Pottery that is not picked up within this time frame will be considered abandoned, dated, and donated to charity when possible. Unfortunately, these items cannot be recovered or replaced.

Unfinished Projects Policy

We do not hold or store unfinished projects at the studio. Customers are responsible for taking their unfinished projects home and may return to finish painting them at a later time for a half studio fee of $10.

Dishwasher and Microwave Safe Policy

Although our ceramic products are clear glazed and fired, we recommend hand-washing to prolong the life cycle of your pottery piece. Please note that we do not recommend putting the product in the microwave or dishwasher.

Forms of Payment Policy

Payment in full is required at check-out or in advance for deposits, class registrations, or specially ordered items. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and most major credit cards. Please note that we do not allow payments at pick-up, and we do not accept personal checks.

Discounts and Daily Specials Policy

Any or daily specials cannot be combined with other offers, events, or parties.

Alcohol and BYOB Policy

We do not have a liquor license and are not permitted to serve or sell alcohol. We do NOT permit individual "BYOB."

Purchases, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits without a valid CMM receipt. In some cases, exchanges and store credits may be issued for pottery defects or damage. 

Ceramic Transfers Within Color Me Mine Store Locations Policy

We require a proof of purchase receipt for any transferred pottery projects. If you do not have a receipt, please contact the Color Me Mine store where you painted before and obtain a copy. We do not accept any ceramics purchased outside Color Me Mine stores! Glaze and firing fees apply for ceramics transfer from other Color Me Mine store locations only with proof of purchase receipt. 

Parents and Caregivers Policy

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult or responsible older adolescent when visiting our studio unless they attend a designated drop-off event with a waiver of liability signed by their legal guardian. Color Me Mine assume no responsibility for any child left unattended on the premises at any age.

Customer Personal Property and Valuables Policy

We kindly request that you take your belongings with you when leaving your seat. Please do not leave personal belongings unattended as Color Me Mine is NOT responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings.
